Nobex Mitre Saw Risk Assessment
Please bring a form of ID with you when you come to collect.
This saw is for use with wood only. Do not use on metal, glass or any other material.
Wear appropriate protective clothing when using the saw (not provided by the LoT). This saw has sharp edges.
Never use tools which are splintered, cracked, or loose, or otherwise damaged. Return them and report them.
Keep tools away from children, and do not let other people use them. The tool was lent to you, on the premise it is used only by you and is your responsibility.
Always make sure the tool(s) are stored and/or transported in a safe manner.
Never use the tool(s) under the influence of drugs or alcohol or any prescribed medication that impairs your functioning.
Keep fingers away from all parts and moving parts.
Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
Do not use the saw if it is wet.
Spot and report (to LoT) any defective, discoloured or damaged equipment.
Defective equipment will be taken out of use.

By completing the Rental Transaction you’re implying that you have read, understood and accepted the risks listed.
Therefore you understand the risks involved in using the Nobex Mitre Saw and will return it in as good condition as it was taken.
GOOD TO KNOW:
Item has a sharp blade. Only use this item to cut wood.
Recommend wearing snug fitting clothing, sturdy footwear, long trousers and safety glasses whilst operating – please note we are unable to provide any of these items.
Please be careful of your fingers!
